Good workout today. I did 35 minutes on the elliptical, around the world program. I've noticed that the RPMs are going up, and the "calorie count" is higher. I think I should be able to move a level up soon. After the cardio, I did a long strength circuit, some dumbbells, and some ab work (ball sit-ups, planks). So, PopWatchers, I hate to point this out to you, but NBC has made an outrageous decision. No, they have NOT canceled Friday Night Lights, but they have changed its timeslot to Friday nights at 10 p.m. I am bewildered; the folks at NBC don't see a good thing when they've got it. Friday Night Lights is on at 10:00 p.m. on Friday. They may as well have cancelled it. I know it seems like everyone has DVR, but I'd be curious to see what percentage of American households actually do, and use it frequently.

On the bright side, there is nary a mention of Studio 60. Sayonara, self-important show.

I did not like Pearl. I found it to be a boring story about two unsympathetic, selfish brats of characters who thought they were noble people.
